By accessing or using LawyerServed ("Service"), operated by LawyerServed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LawyerServed is a legal professional directory that provides publicly available information about lawyers across the United States and Canada. The Service aggregates court data, bar association records, and user-submitted reviews to help consumers make informed decisions when selecting legal representation.

3. User Accounts

You may browse the directory without an account. Certain features, such as submitting reviews or saving comparisons, require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review, you represent that your review is based on a genuine experience with the lawyer. You grant LawyerServed a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and distribute your review as part of the Service. LawyerServed reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. LawyerServed reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LawyerServed does not provide legal advice, does not endorse any lawyer listed on the platform, and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawyerServed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on information provided through the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LawyerServed is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
